The EP series Transformer Core specially designed for wideband transformer applications. The shape of the assembly is almost cubical, allowing high packing densities on the PCB. The winding except the bottom is completely surrounded by ferrite. Shielding from neighbouring core is therefore excellent. The bobbins have two rows of pins allowing easy design of multiple output transformers. Core is available in high permeability materials for wide band transformers and in power materials for small power transformers.
