The BT152-800R,127 is a planar passivated silicon controlled rectifier in a 3 pin TO-220AB package. It is intended for use in applications requiring very high inrush current capability and high thermal cycling performance. Typical applications include ignition circuits, motor control, protection circuits (SMPS inrush current) and voltage regulation.
