VS-QA300FA17 is an insulated Gen 2 schottky rectifier module. It integrates two state of the art Trench MOS Schottky technology rectifiers in the compact industry standard SOT-227 package. This is thus intended for high frequency converter and switching power supply.
- Average forward current per module is 300A (TC = 132°C)
- Cathode to anode breakdown voltage is 170V min (IR = 2mA, TJ = 25°C)
- Forward voltage is .79V typ (IF=100A, TJ=25°C), junction capacitance is 737pF typ (VR=170V, TJ=25°C)
- Two separate diodes, parallel pin-out circuit configuration
- Reverse recovery time is 71ns typ (TJ = 25°C, IF = 50A)
- Two fully independent diodes, fully insulated package, designed and qualified for industrial level
- Trench MOS Barrier Schottky technology, ultra low forward voltage drop
- Optimized for power conversion: welding and industrial SMPS applications
- Easy to use and parallel, industry standard outline, UL approved file E78996
- SOT-227 package, operating junction temperature range from -55 to +175°C
