TS339 device is a micro-power, CMOS, quad voltage comparator with extremely low consumption of 9 μA typ./comparator (20 times less than the bipolar LM339). Similar performances are offered by the quad micropower comparator TS3704 with a push-pull CMOS output. Thus response times remain similar to the LM339 device.

- Extremely low supply current of 9μA typ/comparator
- Wide single supply range is 2.7V to 16V or dual supplies (±1.35V to ±8V)
- Extremely low input bias current is 1pA typical, extremely low input offset current is1 pA typical
- Input common-mode voltage range includes GND
- High input impedance is 10٨12ohm typically
- Fast response time is 1.5μs typ for 5mV overdrive
- Operating temperature range is 0°C to +70°C
- Case style is SO14
- Pin-to-pin and functionally compatible with bipolar LM339 device
