The BTW69-600RG is a 50A Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) suitable in applications where power handling and power dissipation are critical. Based on a clip assembly technology, it offers a superior performance in surge current handling capabilities. Its internal ceramic pad, provides high voltage insulation (2500Vrms), complying with UL standards.
