AIS25BA is a ultralow noise, low latency, wide bandwidth, 3-axis digital accelerometer with a dedicated TDM interface designed to address automotive nonsafety applications, in particular, wideband active noise control (ANC) and vibration monitoring. It has a user-selectable full-scale range of ±3.85/±7.7g, a time-division multiplexing (TDM) interface for the sensor data, and an I²C interface for device configuration. It is widely used in application such as wideband active noise control (ANC), vibration monitoring.
- Wide and flat frequency response from dc upto 2.4kHz typ
- Low latency (entire reading chain) is 266µs at 2kHz (typ)
- Ultralow noise density (typ: 30µg/√Hz for X and Y axes; 50µg/√Hz for Z-axis)
- TDM (8/16/24KHz) interface for sensor data and I²C interface for configuration
- Supply voltage range is 1.71V to 2.1V
- Embedded self-test, AEC-Q100 qualified
- 10000g high shock survivability
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C
- Packaging style is LGA-14L
