BU9797FUV-ME2

The BU9797FUV-ME2 is a standard LCD segment driver in 48 pin TSSOP package. The BU9797FUV-ME2 is 1/4 duty standard LCD driver can drive upto 144 segments. It does not require any external components and has a low power consumption design. Typical applications include telephone, FAX, portable equipment (POS, ECR, PDA), DSC, DVC, car audio, home electrical appliance and meter equipment.

• Supply voltage range from 2.5V to +5.5V
• Selectable bias of 1/2 or 1/3
• LCD drive output of 4 common output, maximum 36 segment output
• 2 wire serial interface
• Integrated buffer AMP for LCD driving
• Integrated oscillator circuit
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
