Development kit for the Renesas Synergy™ S3A3 Microcontroller in an LQFP144 package. TB-S3A3 is designed to help developers get started with initial firmware development and evaluation of the S3A3 MCU group.
- 48MHz Arm® Cortex® M4 core with FPU
- 96KB SRAM, 512KB code flash memory and 8KB data flash memory
- USB connector for the main MCU
- Segger J-Link® on-board interface for debugging and programming of the S3A3 MCU
- 2 PMOD connectors allowing use of PMOD compliant peripheral plug-in modules for rapid prototyping
- Main MCU oscillator crystals providing precision 12.000MHz and 32,768Hz reference clocks
- Additional low precision clocks are available internal to the main MCU
- MCU reset push button switch, MCU boot configuration jumper
- External 5V I/P through the Debug USB connector supplies on-board power regulator to power target
- A red User LED, controlled by the Main MCU firmware
