D6F-V03A1 is a D6F series MEMS mass air flow sensor with thermoplastic resin case. This sensor is a dust-resistant design that has been taken into consideration, by the original dust segregation structure. It features ±10% full-scale repeatable accuracy and achieves consistent air velocity measurement. Suitable for clogged-filter detection and air velocity applications.
- Wide flow speed range from 0 to 3m/s at 25°C
- Power supply range from 3.15 to 3.45VDC
- 15mA max current consumption (no-load, VCC = 3.3VDC, 25°C)
- Analog output 0.5 to 2VDC (non-linear output) load resistance min. 10kohm
- Accuracy is ±10%FS (25°C characteristic)
- IEC IP40 (except for flow inlet and outlet) protection
- PBT case, three-pin connector electrical connection
- 20Mohm min insulation resistance (at 500VDC) (between sensor outer cover and lead terminals)
- 12VDC rated power supply voltage, 3VDC rated output voltage
- Operating temperature range from -10 to 60°C
