Toote ülevaade
TEA2096DB2201 is an add-on evaluation board enabled by the TEA2096T Synchronous Rectification controller in an SO-8 package. The TEA2096T controller includes two adaptive gate drives for maximum efficiency at any load. The TEA2096DB2201 add-on evaluation board also contains two 150V / 9.3mohm MOSFETs and therefore enables easy replacement of the secondary side rectification in an existing power supply.
- Dual synchronous rectification for resonant converters
- Easy replacement of secondary-side rectifiers of an existing resonant converter
- Differential inputs for sensing the drain and source voltages of each SR MOSFET independently
- Adaptive gate drive for fast turn-off at the end of conduction and maximum efficiency at any load
- Regulation level of −25mV for driving low-ohmic MOSFETs
- SR control without minimum on-time
- Supports 1MHz switching frequency
- Interlock function to prevent simultaneous conduction of the external MOSFETs
- Wide supply voltage range from 4.75V to 38V
- Supports 5V supply operation with logic level SR MOSFETs
