MYRBP250080B21RE is a MYRBP-W/B series synchronous step-up mini DC/DC converter. A stable step-up power supply is configured using only two capacitors connected externally. An internal coil simplifies the circuit and enables minimization of noise and other operational trouble due to the circuit wiring. It is used in applications such as portable equipment, beauty and health equipment, wearable devices, game and hobby, PC peripherals, and devices with 1~3 alkaline, 1~3 nickel hydride, 1 lithium, and 1 li-ion.
- Oscillation frequency is 3MHz typical at (VBAT= VOUT(T)×0.5, IOUT=100mA)
- Supply current is 3.0mA maximum at (VOUT=VBAT= VOUT(T)-0.2V)
- Stand-by current is 1μA maximum at (VBAT=VLx=6.0V,VCE=0V)
- Integral latch time is 100μs typical at (VBAT= VOUT(T)-0.2V, RLx=1 ohm)
- Soft-start time is 0.5ms typical, output ceramic capacitor
- Over-current limit (Integral latch method), output short-circuit protection
- Inductor rated current is 1000mA typical at (ΔT=+40deg)
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
