The PIC24FJ256GB106-I/PT is a 16bit, general purpose flash microcontroller in 64 pin TQFP package. The device has five 16bit timers, 16 channel 10bit A/D converter, three analogue comparators with programmable input/output configuration, hardware real time clock/calendar (RTCC) and charge time measurement unit (CTMU).
- USB v2.0 on-the-go (OTG) compliant
- Modified harvard architecture without DSP
- 256KB of program memory
- 16KB of SRAM
- Four UART with IrDA, three SPI, JTAG and three I2C interfaces
- Up to 16MIPS operation at 32MHz
- Operating voltage range from 2V to 3.6V
- 51 I/O pins
- Nine 16bit capture inputs with dedicated time base
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
