MAX4400AUK+T

The MAX4400AUK+T is a single, rail to rail operational amplifier with shutdown in 5-Pin SC70 package. This low cost, general purpose op-amp offer rail to rail output and draw only 320µA of quiescent current. It is specified to +125°C making op-amp suitable for use in a variety of harsh environments such as automotive applications. It is ideally used at single supply, zero-crossing detectors, instruments and terminals, portable communications, electronic ignition modules, infrared receivers and sensor signal detection.

• Single supply voltage range from +2.5V to +5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
• 320µA quiescent current per amplifier
• 110dB AVOL with 2Kohm load
• 0.015% THD with 2Kohm load
• Rail to rail output voltage swing
• 1.4mA of sink and source load current
• Unity gain stable up to CLOAD = 400pF
