N2877A deluxe probe accessory kit contains various probe tip accessories, ground leads, probe tip adapter and IC clips to use with Keysight's N2786A and N2870A series two-leg probe positioner. Use the optional deluxe probe accessory kit to access signals and components that are challenging to probe.
