DSTRMXT-KT-0197A is a DSTREAM-XT is a high-performance debug and trace unit that supports CoreSight Debug and Trace over a PCIe connection requiring fewer dedicated debug and trace pins on the SoC compared to traditional debug and trace ports. This enables the Arm Debugger to debug through JTAG, Serial Wire Debug (SWD), or PCIe and simultaneously collect highly detailed instruction and data trace.
- High-speed JTAG, SWD or PCIe debug
- Up to 4 lanes of PCIe Gen 4 or 8 lanes of PCIe Gen 3
- Total trace bandwidth up to 64Gbps
- 16GB trace buffer on probe
- USB 3.0 and gigabit Ethernet host connections
- Support for up to 4096 CoreSight devices
- Remote target reset
- Device bring-up and test utilities
- Flexible architecture to support 3rd party IP and debuggers
