FF300R12KT4HOSA1 is a 1200V, 300A dual IGBT module with fast TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 and optimized emitter controlled diode. Applications include 48 V power distribution, general purpose motor drive - variating frequency and voltage, high voltage direct current (HVDC), photovoltaic, and power conversion.

- UL/CSA certification with UL1557 E83336, operating temperature up to 150°C
- Optimized switching characteristic like softness and reduced switching losses
- Existing packages with higher current capability
- Flexibility, optimal electrical performance, highest reliability
- 61.4mm width, 106.4mm length, 62mm housing
- Forward voltage is 1.65V typical at IF = 300A, VGE = 0V, Tvj = 25°C
