The EVALM13645ATOBO1 from Infineon is an iMOTION MADK platform. This evaluation board has a complete power stage to drive 3-phase motor, powered by IRSM836-045MA µIPM. It is equipped with a standardized iMOTION MADK M1 platform interface. With standard oscilloscope probes easy access to several measurement points is granted. The featured IRSM836-045MA is a 4A, 500V Integrated Power Module (IPM) for small appliance motor drive.
