BTS712204ESAXUMA1 is a SPOC™ +2 serial interface power controller. This provides protection functions and diagnosis. The device is integrated in SMART7 technology. Potential applications include suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replacing electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, driving capability suitable for 5A and 3A loads and high inrush current loads such as 55W bulb or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules) and 27W bulb or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules).

• High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection
• Part of SPOC™ +2 family, daisy chain capable SPI interface
• 3.3V and 5V compatible logic pins
• Slew rate control for all channels, reverseON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity
• Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (InverseON)
• Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart
• Proportional load current sense multiplexed, open load in ON and OFF state
• Limp Home mode, monitoring of Input pin status (IN and LHI)
• Qualified for automotive applications, product validation according to AEC-Q100 grade 1
• PG-TSDSO-24 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
