Toote ülevaade
BTS612N1E3128AAUMA1 is a PROFET® smart two-channel high-side power switch. It is an N-channel vertical power FET with a charge pump, ground-referenced CMOS compatible input, and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated into Smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protective functions. It is used in applications such as µC compatible power switches with diagnostic feedback for 12V and 24VDC grounded loads, all types of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, and replaces electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits.
- Overload protection, current limitation, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown
- Overvoltage protection (including load dump), fast demagnetization of inductive loads
- Undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown with auto-restart and hysteresis
- Reverse battery protection, open drain diagnostic output, CMOS compatible input
- Loss of ground and loss of Vbb protection, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection
- AEC qualified, operating voltage range from 5V to 34V
- On-state resistance is 160mohm typical at (Tj = 25°C, Vbb = 12V)
- Nominal load current both channels parallel is 4.4A typical at (Tj = 25°C, Vbb = 12V)
- Turn-on time is 200µs typical at (RL = 12 ohm, Tj =-40 to +150°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°Cto +150°C, TO-263 (D2PAK)-7 package
