Toote ülevaade
The AUIPS7111S is a 4-terminal 1-channel fully protected current sense High-side Switch features over-current, over-temperature, ESD protection and drain to source active clamp. When the input voltage VCC to VIN is higher than the specified threshold then the output power MOSFET is turned-ON. When the VCC to VIN is lower than the specified VIL threshold then the output MOSFET is turned-OFF. The IFB pin is used for current sensing.
