3-1944 RTV COATING,CRT,305ML-12CTN is a RTV coating. It features one-part, translucent, moisture RTV, moderate flow, fast tack-free, contains UV indicator, UL 746 and Mil Spec tested. Used as elastomeric conformal coating and suitable for lighting, industrial and automotive industries requiring various reliability standards as a coating for rigid and flexible circuit boards, electronic printed wiring boards (PWB), sensitive components, thin section encapsulation and spot protection for pins or other devices.
- One-part no mixing required
- Good flowability, Able to flow, fill or self-levelling after dispensing
- Room temperature cure, no ovens required
- Faster in-line processing with optional heat acceleration
- No added solvents
- Good adhesion to many substrates allows use with many low-solids no-lead solder
- Soft coating improves reliability against stress
- UV indicator allows for automated inspection
- UL 94 V-0 flammability rating
- UL 746E / UL 746C recognized, IPC-CC-830, amendment 1 approved, Mil-I-46058C, amendment 7 approved
