ZXCT1084E5TA is a precision high voltage high-side unipolar current sense monitor in a 5 pin SOT package. This device eliminates the need to disrupt the ground plane when sensing a load current. Their quiescent current is only 0.6μA, thereby minimizing current sensing error. Typical applications include automotive current measurement, industrial applications current measurement, battery management, over current monitor, power management and current sources.
