AC320011

The AC320011 is a Machine to Machine (M2M) PICtail daughter board. It is based upon U-blox GPS and GSM/GPRS modules, makes it easy to create low-cost M2M applications with location awareness capabilities. The daughter board can be interfaced with Microchip's multimedia expansion-board and a PIC32 starter kit to provide developers with a turn-key platform to get started with apps such as texting, email and GPS. The main functionality of the M2M board is accomplished using two communications modules from U-blox, a company that specializes in GSM/ GPS ICs. The M2M board was designed to connect to Microchip's multimedia expansion-board (MEB). The MEB uses Microchip's PIC32 starter kit collection as the primary controller source.
