DYC101-01-09

The DYC101-01-09 is a Clean Room Wipe made of cellulose for Class 5000 applications and where absorbency and scratches are critical. It is applicable for spill control, machine wipe down, general lab maintenance, cleaning PCB and silk screen cleaning. This non-woven fabric was developed in 1974. It is produced by a wet spinning process. This entire manufacturing process is a continuous one, from the beginning when the fabric is spun, until the end when the fabric is wound ready for transport. Bemcot is the world's first binder free, long fibre cellulosic non woven fabric. It causes little fluff and virtually eliminates fibre fall-off. Bemcot is essential where true cleanliness is required.
