ADA4004-4ACPZ-R7

ADA4004-4 is a 1.8nV/√Hz precision amplifier featuring 40μV offset, 0.7μV/°C drift, 12MHz bandwidth, and low 1.7mA per amplifier supply current. It is designed on the high performance iPolar™ process, enabling improvements such as reduced noise and power consumption, increased speed and stability, and smaller footprint size. It is used in applications such as precision instrumentation, filter blocks, microphone preamplifiers, industrial control, thermocouples and RTDs, reference buffers.

• Offset voltage drift is 1μV/°C maximum at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
• Power supply rejection ratio is 118dB typical at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
• Supply current per amplifier is 2.2mA maximum at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
• Slew rate is 2.7V/μs typical at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 16-lead LFCSP_WQ
