AD9430 is a 12bit, monolithic, sampling analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) optimized for high performance, low power, and ease of use. The product operates up to a 210MSPS conversion rate and is optimized for outstanding dynamic performance in wideband carrier and broadband systems. All necessary functions, including a track-and-hold (T/H) and reference, are included on the chip to provide a complete conversion solution. Typical applications include wireless and wired broadband communications, cable reverse path, communications test equipment, radar and satellite subsystems and power amplifier linearization.
- SNR = 65dB, fIN = 70MHz at 210MSPS ENOB of 10.6 at fIN = 70MHz at 210MSPS
- Excellent linearity: DNL = ±0.3LSB (typical) and INL = ±0.3LSB (typical)
- 2 output data: demux 3.3V CMOS O/P each at 105MSPS and interleaved or parallel data O/P
- LVDS at 210MSPS and 700MHz full-power analogue bandwidth
- On-chip reference and track-and-hold and power dissipation = 1.3W typical at 210MSPS
- 1.5V input voltage range and 3.3V supply operation
- Data sync input and data clock output provided
- Clock duty cycle stabilizer and output data format option
- 100 lead TQFP-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
