MZ-90, 500ML

MZ-90 is an enhanced maximum zinc formulation that delivers a light grey matt finish with excellent protection against rust. The optimum blend of high purity zinc (<gt/>99%) with a specialist resin package provides outstanding anti-corrosion performance with strong adhesion to metal substrates. Provides cathodic anti-corrosion protection that meets ISO 1461:1999 standards. Can be welded through and used as a primer or topcoat. Touch-dry in 40 minutes. Forms a hard, flexible film that actively resists flaking, cracking, peeling, and damage. Application areas are exterior steel structures such as gantries, hand-rails, fencing, railings, grates, structural steel and ferrous metals exposed to high corrosion conditions. Can also be used to protect cut surfaces/exposed steel in fasteners, conduit, strapping, welds, electrical poles, breaker panel housings, rain spouts, signs, doors, trailers and guard rails.

Märkused

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 4 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
