The CD74AC244E is a 3-state octal Buffer/Line Driver uses the RCA ADVANCED CMOS technology. The CD74AC244 has active-LOW output enables. The CD54ACT240 AC types feature 1.5 to 5.5V operation and balanced noise immunity at 30% of the supply. It also features typical propagation delay of 3.6ns at VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C, CL = 50pF.
