IRSM836-044MA is a CIPOS™ Nano 250 V, 1.05 Ω three-phase intelligent power module with open source in 12x12 package providing fully-featured compact inverter solution with excellent thermal conduction for motor drive applications including wide range of home appliances, low power industrial drives, and etc. Typical applications include small home appliances, major home appliances, Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HV AC), motor control and drives, motor control for industrial automation.
- Based on low RDS(on) Trench FREDFETs
- Integrated bootstrap functionality
- Under-voltage lockout
- Matched propagation delay for all channels and cross-conduction prevention logic
- 3.3V input logic compatible
- Active high HIN and LIN
- Motor power rating up to 60W at 10kHz
- Suitable for space-constrained applications through ultra compact footprint
- Designed to enhance the system efficiency
- Same PCB layout addressing multiple application markets (100V AC – 230V AC) or power ratings
